Jangan Tergiur Investasi Bodong, Ini Daftar Kripto Legal RI

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Wakil Menteri Perdagangan Jerry Sambuaga mengingatkan masyarakat untuk bertransaksi dengan kripto authorized yang terdaftar di Bappebti (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi). Saat ini tercatat ada 383 kripto yang terdaftar di lembaga tersebut.

Selain itu ada 25 bursa kripto yang terdaftar. Jerry mengatakan jangan pernah bertransaksi di luar yang telah terdaftar sebelumnya.

“383 token yang terdaftar di situlah mau bertransaksi dalam aset yg sudah terverifikasi dan terdaftar. Kalau mau jual beli kepada aset kripto yang 25 (bursa), di luar itu jangan,” kata Jerry ditemui dalam acara Cryptalk & Official MoU Signing Ceremony, Selasa (18/10/2022).

Dari 383 token itu ada 10 diantaranya yang merupakan asli Indonesia. Dia mengatakan pemerintah membuka diri untuk masyarakat bisa berkreasi namun tetap mengikuti regulasi ke depannya.

Bukan tak mungkin, token kripto buatan Indonesia ini bisa jadi produk ekspor di masa depan. Misalnya dibeli oleh negara lain bukan hanya digunakan di dalam negeri saja.

“Silahkan berkreasi, ikuti regulasi menjadi token yang diakui Indonesia. Jadi salah satu produk ekspor ke depan,” ungkapnya.
